I'm so happy to be back to blogging! I've been putting it off "until I have no school work to do," and now, it's spring break, I have school work to do, but oh well.
Ever since I went back to being V, I've been shopping for my groceries at Sprouts, the local farmers' market in Coppell (organic and environmentally friendly). People always say that it's too expensive, too small, blah blah blah, but I get my groceries each week for $25-40, especially with coupons. And that's not bad, if I do say so myself. It is so worth every penny for the quality and earth-friendly-ness!

I say "V" because I've read some troubling things about soy, which was my main source of protein. Now, I try to eat vegan as much as possible, but everything that I eat is vegetarian until I find out more about this soy thing (except I have a little bit of orange chicken sometimes because I can't live without asian food).

Finally found an outfit to wear my jacket with.
I figured that as long as I wear a white shirt with plain pants, it should work out just fine.
Here's also my new white shirt (Forever 21) and high-rise jeans (H&M).

Recently, Gavin's family was so nice to take me along with them to Austin, TX, for Gavin's Poetry Out Loud State Competition.

"Keep Austin Weird" alright!
Austin was very vegan/vegetarian-friendly. I really enjoyed all the food that we had there. Everything was delicious.

My vegan peanut butter chocolate cupcake! Mmm. ($2.15)

My man, placing in the top five in state! I'm so proud of him.
There was also the retreat about a month ago. I got to take Brooklyn with me, and we had an awesome time!
